Our medics in Northumberland have been quite busy recently.
This seal is one that hauled out for quite a while in Amble. Our medics checked on the seal a few times and although it seemed to have a small amount of blood on the side of its head, it was a good size and in good condition.
The seal returned to the water on the next high tide fortunately 😊🌊
