A couple of days ago, we received a report of public disturbance on this seal at Redcar after member of the public tried to roll the seal back into the water. Our medics arrived very soon after to find the seal had an injury to its rear flippers. ☹️
Our medics Natalia and Karina, picked the seal up and took it to a local vet for some treatment and a check over and the seal was later released in a quieter area. 🌊
